Refreshed by the lightness of summer holidays, we start again with more strength and new good ideas.

The month of August is for many a holiday period, a time to disconnect from the daily routine and centre ourselves once again.

In such a peculiar year, summertime couldn't be much different but it still had its beneficial effects.

Upon our return, we published the summer issues of ipcm® Ibérica and ipcm® LatinoAmérica, one of the richest editions of the year in terms of editorial content.

The third episode of Beyond The Pandemic - our monthly appointment with the surface treatments industry to openly discuss how companies have dealt with the situation generated by the Coronavirus pandemic, new market dynamics and predictions of what the future might hold - has also been online since the end of August. In this third episode, we got to chat with Andreas Orre of HangOn, a global company based in Sweden, a country that has adopted a very different strategy from most European nations. Don't miss this interview and, if you haven't watched them, catch up on episodes #1 and #2.

In these summer months we have also got to the heart of EOS' business, which not only continues its informational work, sharing tips, latest news and trends from the world of marketing, communication and events, but has also undertaken collaborations with established companies as marketing agency and press office. On the ipcm® front we are preparing to face the last four months of the year.

The first point on the list is the September issue of ipcm®, one of the most important issues of the year, dedicated to architecture and design, for which we are already collecting the necessary material to offer our readers exclusive articles on the latest industry news.

The training courses of ipcm® Academy will also start on 16 September, which will issue the certification of Technician of Industrial Surface Finishing Processes, a title recognized at national and European level. Contact us at corsi@ipcm.it for further information.

We have also begun to lay the foundations of the new media guides for our magazines and web services, as well as for the 2021 trade fair and exhibitions calendar, a fundamental tool, today more than ever, to learn about the industry appointments that await us next year and the new dates of postponed fairs.
