The British Coatings Federation has been awarded for its great performances as well as the outstanding member engagement and retention.
The British Coatings Federation (BCF) has been awarded with the prestigious Best Trade Association of the Year 2023 prize at the Memcom Excellence Awards ceremony, which took place at the Hilton Bankside on September 26th in front of over 500 delegates.
BCF was rewarded on several performance areas as well as on its proven track record of outstanding member engagement and retention. As a matter of fact, the British coatings Federation is generating results across supply chain leadership on a global scale – all supported by a highly motivated team and an amazing in-house marketing group.
“The British Coatings Federation demonstrated a fantastic story of strategy in action, with commitment and alignment to clear goals and a holistic approach to organisational success – covering financial, customer, people and sustainability dimensions. We were impressed with the proactive approach to member management resulting in significant growth. We also welcomed BCF’s efforts to drive sustainability and the proactive approach to lobbying on behalf of the sector,” has declared the Memcom Award jury.
Furthermore, BCF has also been positively judged thanks to a significant investment regarding its innovative paint recycling project PaintCare as well as a the recently great financial results, also aided by a safe governance in buying out its final salary pension scheme deficit in 2022.
