High technology level and high quality are fundamental aspects when it comes to overhead and floor conveyors for parts handling on the painting line. The conveyors, indeed, are made by different components that must perfectly operate or there will be a negative effect on the plant productivity or, in the worst-case scenario, a plant shutdown. Chains and bearings of quality are the necessary complement for the functionality of the parts handling system on the
painting lines.
Among the companies specialized in this kind of production, following the philosophy of quality, stands out Orbita S.r.l. – Cesana Brianza (LC, Italy), founded in 1962 by Giuseppe Nazzaro Roda, President of the company – which started its activity in the small metal parts sector, mainly for the automotive market.
From 1964, Orbita started the production of chains and bearings for overhead conveyors, components that now represent its main activity. Among the products and services offered by the company, there are overhead and ground chains suitable for normal use conditions or for curing ovens up to 220°C.
