With the appointment of Michael Zacka, Nouryon has expanded its Board of Directors from eleven to twelve members, five of whom are independent.
The specialty chemicals manufacturer Nouryon has recently announced that the company has appointed Michael Zacka to its Board of Directors – effective from 23rd October 2023 – thus expanding it from eleven to twelve members, five of whom are independent.
Michael Zacka is the current president of the Flexibles division for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) region of Amcor plc, an international developer and producer of packaging solutions. He joined the company in July 2017 as Chief Commercial Officer and then served as a president of the same division but for the Asia-Pacific region until 2019.
