Global specialty chemicals distributor Safic-Alcan announced that it has appointed Rudy Sprumont as Business Unit Director for CASE, effective February 1st.
Rudy Sprumont has been appointed new Business Unit Director for CASE of Safic-Alcan.
Mr. Sprumont brings 20 years of experience within the buildings, coatings, resins and additives industries, acquired by holding leading roles at multinational companies. He holds a Master in Sciences of Engineer (Chemistry) from the High School Lucia de Brouckère (Brussels). Prior to joining Safic-Alcan, Rudy started his career as Area Project Manager in waterproofing of buildings and spent afterwards most of his career working in Distribution roles, from Product Sales Manager BNL/FR to Business Manager Chemical & Specialty Chemicals BNL. Rudy then served for more than 8 years as Head of Product Management Building Materials West Europe and as Head of Distribution Services Construction Europe.
