Univar Solutions announced the acquisition of Vicom, a regional distributor of specialty chemicals in Spain and Portugal. The acquisition will allow the company to increase its product portfolio.
Univar Solutions, global provider of specialty ingredients and chemicals, announced that it has acquired Vicom Distribución Productos Quimicos, S.L, a regional distributor of specialty chemicals in Spain and Portugal.
The acquisition of Vicom will further increase the company's specialty product portfolio of coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers (CASE), enhancing its range of additive solutions and increasing its presence in Europe.
