Zeus Electrostatic System, an Italian manufacturer of powder coating booths and equipment, is looking for a sales agent for Europe or a dealer to be included in its commercial team.
Tasks
The resource will be in charge of promoting products and solutions that meet the needs of customers and finding new business opportunities in order to ensure the acquisition and consolidation of partnerships with new customers.
In particular, the resource will deal with:
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities.
- Prepare and lead negotiations.
- Develop long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Work closely with other support functions.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in the powder coating industry.
- Excellent skills in the entire sales process: from presales planning, pitch presentation, negotiation to post-sales follow-up.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer orientation and goals achievement attitude.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
Furthermore, the resource must have a car and be available for short business trips.
