Anton Paar financed an electric bus for VinziWerk, in order to allow the charitable organisation to deliver food and hot drinks to people in need.
The German company Anton Paar GmbH, specialised in developing, manufacturing and distributing highly accurate laboratory instruments and process measuring systems, has proudly announced that it has funded the new vehicle of VinziWerke, a non-profit charitable organisation that provides food and hot drinks to people in need in Graz (Austria).
Anton Paar has already supported the organisation – which is operating since 1991 – in the past. As a matter of fact, it has been supporting it for seventeen years and has already financed two vehicles. The new VinziBus will be the first electrically-powered one.
“Supporting people in need is also an important concern for us. Not all people are naturally endowed with the same opportunities and it is society's responsibility to support the weaker – we have firmly anchored this principle in our corporate culture. With the new electric bus, we want to continue to help provide care for people in need. We also don't want to miss the opportunity to thank the many volunteers for the great work they do,” has stated Friedrich Santner, the CEO of Anton Paar GmbH.
The VinziBus campaign of Anton Paar took place during April 2023 and saw the participation of many employees of the company, who prepared and distributed food and hot drink the area of Graz. In addition, Florian Marhold from the facility management set up a charging station for the new bus at the VinziWerke headquarters.
