Carboline has announced strategic changes to its North America sales leadership team to drive sustainable
growth and enhance the customer experience.
Tim Holmes has been promoted to Vice President of Sales, overseeing the West, Central, Northeast, and Southeast regional sales teams. Meanwhile, Rick Brown will continue in his role as Vice President of Sales, managing the South Central, Gulf West, Gulf East, Marine, and Latin America teams.
Additionally, Jim Gregg has been promoted to Director of Business Development. In this role, he will lead Carboline's expanding Business Development and National Accounts teams, ensuring alignment with evolving markets and contract chains.
