EMO MILANO Will Come Back After Six Years from 4th to 9th October 2021

EMO MILANO, the trade fair dedicated to metalworking and manufacturing, will return from 4th to 9th October 2021.

The exposition centre at fieramilano Rho (Milan, Italy) will host the next edition of EMO, the trade fair for the metalworking and manufacturing industry. The exhibition, promoted by the European association of machine tool industries CECIMO, will take place from 4th to 9th October 2021.

EMO is a travelling exhibition alternately held in Italy and in Germany. The Italian machine tool, robot and automation system manufacturing industry ranks fourth in the international rankings for production and exports, thanks to the high technological level of its offering and customised solutions. The fair will allow to showcases the latest machine tools, robots, production systems, enabling technologies and solutions for interconnected and digital plants.

Organised by the Italian machine tools, robots and automation systems manufacturers’ association UCIMU-SISTEMI PER PRODURRE, EMO will return to Italy after the success of the 2015 edition and will be the first international trade fair focused on the sector after one year of stop forced by the pandemic. The Exhibition will host more than 700 companies, 60% of which are international.

Besides the various products and solutions on show, EMO MILANO 2021 will also feature numerous initiatives:

- EMO Digital: an exhibition space focused on digital technologies.
- EMO Additive Manufacturing: a specific meeting place for the operators of this sector.
- EMO Start-Up: an exhibition space dedicated to new enterprises.
- Speakers Corner: an arena for discussions and in-depth analyses by organisers and experts.

“This proposal will surely be able to attract operators from all main user sectors, among which automotive, aerospace, energy, various mechanical engineering, machinery, metal products, pharmaceuticals, furniture/home furnishings and electrical household appliances,” stated Alfredo Mariotti, General Manager at UCIMU-SISTEMI PER PRODURRE.

The event will open with the inaugural ceremony in the Auditorium of fieramilano Rho Service Centre on 4th October at 10.30 am.
