Professional training and refresher courses just one click away.

You never stop learning. How many times have we heard this saying? Thinking about it, perhaps there is nothing truer. Not only the history and the past represent an almost infinite source of valuable information that we draw from since the first days of school, but we are also part of a dynamic society that produces innovations on a daily basis.

Learning new concepts and refreshing one's knowledge can not only stimulate us on a personal level, but at a professional level, this discourse can - and must - represent for companies as well a pivotal factor for their qualitative growth.

Staff training in fact allows companies to stay up-to-date and competitive in a highly competitive market, while motivating their employees, who thus have the opportunity to grow and acquire new skills.

Here at ipcm we are well aware of the importance of vocational training: not only we are the first to participate to training courses on publishing, marketing and communication, but with the ipcm_Academy division we have been offering training courses for companies in the surface treatment sector for over seven years.

Starting from October 2019, our training offer is also available online. In fact, we have launched a webinar platform with which we aim at delve deeper into topics relating to surface protection and which represents an additional tool available to our partners to spread their know-how and present their technologies.

The first webinar that will officially kick-off the platform, scheduled for November 13, will deal with passive fire protection technologies and their application, with the learning objectives of analysing the reason behind the need to apply a PFP system, clarifying the difference between the different passive fire protection systems and how to apply them correctly.

The webinar is free, will last 45 minutes and also includes a part during which participants will be able to interact with the teacher to ask questions and actively participate in the discussion. Registration is open to all interested parties, after registering at the following link.

In the meantime… In the meantime, we have flown out to Madrid for the 11th Technical Day of Titan, a Spanish manufacturer of powder coatings, which every year offers an overview of the industry's latest trends and innovations, bringing together manufacturers, end users and experts to analyse the present and future of powder coatings.

October meant also DeburringExpo, the leading trade fair for deburring and precision surface treatment technologies, of which eos Mktg & Communication is the exclusive agency for Italy, Spain and Portugal. This edition registered a great success, with over 2000 visitors from 27 different countries and over 180 exhibitors.

While we prepare the November issues of ipcmIbérica /LatinoAmérica and ipcm®, which also contains the insert dedicated to industrial cleaning technologies, you can browse through the latest issue of ipcmProtective Coatings, released on October 24th, which contains a special dedicated to protection technologies for the energy industry.
