EMO in Hannover, 18. – 23.09.2017 – Pero AG Stand E69 in Halle 11
At this year's leading trade fair for metalworking EMO in Hannover Pero addresses the fair motto "Connecting systems". Right at a parts cleaning plant Pero R1 at the booth it will be demonstrated in what way modern plants are integrated in the manufacturing work and data flow.
Daily at 11.30 hrs and at 15.00 hrs established solutions for a communication amongst user, machine and ERP system will be presented in 8 minute demonstrations.
The data exchange between factory automation and cleaning plant will be shown as well as ways of access to plant data like number of cleaned parts or lots, goods types and processing time – also from distant shop floor areas. Cleaning technics facilitate hereby the flexibility of cleaning of most varied parts and the process reliability for technical cleanliness.
At the booth Pero consultants will inform about economic solutions for parts cleaning with modern wet processes – be it either water based cleaning media or powerful solvents.
