The acquisition of RS Coatings will allow Peerless Plastics & Coatings to expand its services in a wide range of industrial sectors.
Peerless Plastics & Coatings Ltd. has recently announced that at the end of March 2022 it has concluded the acquisition of RS Coatings Ltd., a British company specialised in the formulation of coating solutions for the protection and decoration of plastic and metallic components.
RS Coating was founded in 1999 as a provider of spray conductive coatings as a shielding solution for manufacturers of electronic products. Subsequently, the business developed to include aesthetic applications for product enhancement, hard-coat and scratch resistant lacquers, pad and digital printing, CNC machining, plastic injection moulding and secondary operations.
The acquisition will allow Peerless Plastics & Coatings to expand its industrial expertise
and the services it can provide, so that customer could benefit from quality products while saving costs and improving their carbon footprint at the same time.
