Jensen will help Perstorp to strengthen the company’s activities within the resins and coatings industry.
Perstorp Holding AB has announced that it has nominated Ib Jensen new CFO, effective from 1st
February 2022.
Jensen has taken over the role of Chief Financial Officer from Ulf Berghult, who will leave Perstorp in April 2022. The new CFO will further strengthen the activities of Perstorp within the resins and coatings market segment, as well as in engineered fluids and animal nutrition markets.
Jensen is a senior executive with a strong executive background within finance and IT companies such as Syngenta and Danisco, as well as LEGO and Lonza. More recently, he served as CFO at Arxada, a branch of Lonza Specialty Ingredients.
