Alisha Bellezza will support PPG to improve its sustainability for the automotive and mobility sectors.
PPG
has recently announced that it has appointed Alisha Bellezza as the new vice-president
of the global Automotive Coatings business unit. Bellezza will help customers to improve their sustainability as well as contribute to the growth of PPG by expanding the mobility sector.
The new vice-president holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the Tulane University (New Orleans, U.S.A.) and an MBA from the Georgetown University (Washington D.C., U.S.A.). She started her career in finance and banking and then switched to the chemical sector working with companies such as FMC Corporation and Chemours, where she served as president and member of the executive team focusing on global sales, commercial operations, supply chain and investor relations.
“Alisha is a proven, growth-minded leader with deep knowledge of the paint and coatings industry. Her executive leadership experience coupled with her broad expertise in commercial, operations and supply chain functions make her an ideal leader to drive further success and development for our automotive coatings business,” has stated Kevin Braun.
