Today begins the first edition of the #InsiemeXCrescere corporate program designed by RIPOL with the aim of encouraging its employees to propose innovative ideas to improve business processes.
The Italian manufacturer of powder coatings RIPOL has started the first edition of #InsiemeXCrescere, an Employee Advocacy project aimed at involving and encouraging its workers in order to propose innovative ideas to improve business processes starting from their suggestions.
Alberto Di Segni, CEO of RIPOL Srl, says “I am convinced that only those who work daily in a specific department can really understand if a business process works. RIPOL needs its employees to grow and I have a lot of faith in them. I am sure that, with this initiative, winning advice will be able to bring significant improvements to the company”.
#InsiemeXCrescere will be active from today 1st October until the end of November. The most interesting project will be rewarded with the immediate implementation of the production process involved.
