Paint stripping of aluminum profiles up to 7 meters is no longer a problem
Next Thursday the 22nd of June, at 10.30 am, at the ALIT booth D40-E41 Hall 2, Loris Rossi, chairman of ALIT, presents exclusively for METEF 2017, the new aluminum paint stripping process for profiles up to 7 meters. The newly conceived system consists of 6 AISI 304 stainless steel tanks, one with a lid, an overhead traveling crane and a runway alongside the tanks, a filter press with a sludge tank and an automation system to run the process. The Fastrip MT, which stands for Multi Tanks, has been designed to solve aesthetic finishing problems that arise at the final stage of the aluminum finishing process, prevents scrapping and manually sanding down the material that has to be repainted, and avoids wasting precious time outsourcing chemically paint stripping.
