The ChemQuest Group is excited to welcome five new directors, each bringing specialised expertise to support clients in the specialty materials industry. Joining the global consulting firm are Sanjeev Dey, Ph.D.; Marc de Pater; Henry DiGregorio; Arpit Dwivedi and Frederick Myers, Ph.D.
Sanjeev Dey, Ph.D., offers extensive experience in the personal care and HI&I (home care, institutional, and industrial cleaning) sectors, where he has spearheaded innovation initiatives and developed strategic growth plans on both regional and global scales. Over his career, he advanced through various leadership roles at Milliken & Co., primarily within the Performance Colorants & Ingredients division. Most recently, he served as the division’s global commercial strategy director.
“I have worked with the ChemQuest team during due diligence processes for many M&A activities in prior roles. Working with the team, I have always learned a different perspective on a task. With my in-depth technical and market expertise in home care, fabric care, and personal care applications, I am excited to support our clients in these areas,” has stated Sanjeev Dey.
Marc de Pater is a seasoned senior executive in the chemicals industry, known for his expertise in strategy development and execution. Over the course of his career, he has led numerous teams in formulating and implementing commercial and business strategies, driving growth in both established and emerging global markets. Marc has held key leadership positions with prominent companies such as Kraton, Shepherd Color Co., and Arthur D. Little.

Henry DiGregorio is a skilled leader with extensive experience in business development, B2B sales, product management, marketing, and technical applications. Throughout his career, he has gained significant expertise in dispensing technologies and applications, working with companies such as Nordson EFD and H.B. Fuller. Most recently, he served as the business development manager for H.B. Fuller’s Adhesive Packaging Specialties division.

Arpit Dwivedi is a highly accomplished business leader with a broad range of industry experience and expertise in strategy, innovation, and market growth across both B2B and B2C sectors. Known for his ability to launch ventures and drive revenue, Arpit has led initiatives for companies ranging from startups to Fortune 10 firms. Most recently, he served as the head of Strategy & New Business Development at Behr Paint Co. He excels in growth strategy, go-to-market execution, team leadership, and enhancing financial performance. Arpit holds a B.E. degree from the Malaviya National Institute of Technology, an M.S. in materials science and engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota.

Frederick Myers, Ph.D., possesses extensive expertise in organic, inorganic, and powder coatings for steel and other metals, as well as fiber-reinforced polymer composites, including fiber production and impregnation for both military and commercial applications. Throughout his career, he has held several leadership and engineering roles at companies such as Armco and AK Steel Corp. Most recently, Frederick served as the principal research engineer for Cleveland-Cliffs Steel.

I’m excited to contribute my knowledge of polymer and composite processing of products for a variety of applications, as well as organic and inorganic coatings for flat-rolled metals such as those utilized for exterior body panels,” has added Frederick Myers.
