EcoCortec’s General Manager, Dijana Zrinski, took center stage at the prestigious CCE Internationalization Conference, held at Zagreb’s Hilton Garden Inn (Croatia). The event brought together Croatia’s top exporting companies and international experts from economics, technology, and politics to exchange insights and discuss key topics like global business trends, management challenges, risk mitigation, and logistics. Particular emphasis was placed on financial support for internationalization.

“I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your participation in the panel discussion entitled ‘Export Without Borders: Financing Strategies, Risk Management, and Logistics Challenges’, held yesterday as part of the second Croatian Chamber of Economy Internationalization Conference. We greatly appreciate the time you took to share the valuable experiences of EcoCortec® in business development and internationalization with the conference participants in such an engaging manner. Your participation made a significant contribution to the success of this conference. The Croatian Chamber of Economy and I personally are at your disposal for future cooperation, and I wish you continued success in your work,” has stated Silva Kobali, Director of the Business Internationalization Centre within the Croatian Chamber of Economy.

Dijana Zrinski joined a distinguished panel of Croatian exporters and global experts, participating in the session ‘Financing Strategies, Risk Management, and Logistics Challenges’. Representing EcoCortec, a company that exports 95% of its products to markets across three continents, she shared the company’s successful strategies for expanding internationally. During her talk, she addressed the challenges EcoCortec has faced, including navigating global crises like the COVID-19 pandemic, economic downturns, and inflationary pressures. Dijana explained how the company’s proactive risk management, adaptability, and team resilience have been instrumental in overcoming these obstacles. She also emphasised the benefits of participating in large-scale international projects, which have strengthened EcoCortec’s position in global markets.

Her insights captured the attention of both conference participants and the media, earning her an invitation to appear on a TV feature to discuss similar topics. The Swedish Embassy in Zagreb, a co-sponsor of the event, was notably supportive. Swedish Ambassador Anna Boda expressed enthusiasm about EcoCortec’s significant export presence in Sweden and its strong partnership with a major Swedish distributor, one of the company’s largest buyers. Beyond the presentations, the conference provided an invaluable networking opportunity for decision-makers from Croatia and beyond. EcoCortec’s participation not only highlighted its leadership in the export sector but also reinforced its commitment to fostering international collaboration and innovation.
