HMG employees will take part in the event in memory of Alan Doyle and raise donations for the British Heart Foundation.
On Sunday 22nd May 2022, the employees of HMG Paints, a British manufacturer of paints and coatings, will take part in the annual Great Manchester 10K Run.
The event will be held in memory of Alan Doyle, a long-term friend of HMG who passed away during the 2019 edition due to an undiscovered heart disease. The 2022 Great Manchester Run will then be an opportunity to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.
“We’re really looking forward to being able to run again this year as the event had been cancelled several times due to COVID. This year’s race means so much to us all and we’ve got a great group together running in memory of Alan, alongside his family and friends,” stated Gracienne Ikin, Brand Development and Communications Manager of HMG Paints.
Besides the Great Manchester Run, HMG Paints has announced that it will take part in many other charitable events, as the company asked its personnel to create a list of worthy Charities. The selection includes for example the Francis House Children’s Hospice and Ronald McDonald House Charities.
