The acquisition of ResChem will allow IMCD to strengthen its position in the paints and coatings market in Oceania.
The speciality chemicals supplier IMCD Group has announced the acquisition of ResChem, a Sydney-based (Australia) company specialising in resins, additives and pigments for coatings.
