Stephen Angel has informed PPG’s board of directors of his retirement.
The international paints and coatings supplier PPG has announced that Stephen Angel will retire from the board of directors of the company.
Stephen Angel, during his intense career, held several prestigious roles for multinational companies, such Linde plc and Praxair and General Electric Company. He also served the board of directors of Hydrogen Council and the US-China Business Council.
“We thank Steve for his service and valued counsel to three PPG CEOs. His strategic mindset, global industry insights and proven experience will be missed. I would personally like to thank Steve for his mentorship over the years, including during my CEO transition,” has commented Tim Knavish, Chairman and CEO of PPG.
