Univar Solutions and MGS Chemistry Group entered into a distribution agreement for the European industrial market.
Univar Solutions B.V. – an international solutions provider for users of specialty ingredients and chemicals, subsidiary of Univar Solutions, Inc. – has recently announced that it has entered a partnership with Marott Graphic Services Chemistry Group. The distribution agreement
will allow the company to market the rust protection additives for coatings, inks, lubricants and metalworking fluids of MGS in Europe.
“We are thrilled to be selected as a distributor for MGS. This agreement will support more industrial rust protection, specialty lubricants, metalworking fluids and additives in the region, enabling customers to develop next-generation products and find innovative solutions for industrial chemistry and formulations,” has stated Federico Montaner from Univar Solutions.
The new deal between the two businesses includes also the additives for coatings belonging to the TINSCO range of rust inhibitors. Univar Solutions will then be able offer customers access to an expanded portfolio while simultaneously providing a reliable technical support service.
