J. Wagner GmbH launched the new technology Flowsense, that measures and fully automatically controls the powder coating output.
The international manufacturer of powder coating equipment J. Wagner GmbH has recently introduced Flowsense, a new system that measures and fully automatically controls the powder coating output, allowing customer to apply a constant layer thickness.
The smart Flowsense technology system constantly monitors the powder coating flow
and compares the applied quantity with the target values. The exact dosing reference can be saved in the recipe and is permanently reproducible, without any manual corrections. Each individual feeding element is equipped with high-precision measuring sensors, in order to detect the powder coating output in g/min individually for each gun.
In addition, the new technology developed by J. Wagner GmbH will also be integrated into
the COATIFY information and management platform. As a matter of fact, Flowsense provides also information on the current status of the collector nozzles. The data can be clearly visualised on the touch-screen of the powder centre in a traffic light system.
