Eckart's new pigment LUXAN CFX B842 Immersion Red gives high-quality automotive paints an elegant appearance and is compatible with water-, solvent- and UV-based coatings.
ECKART has launched LUXAN CFX B842 Immersion Red, a new effect pigment based on borosilicate glass characterised by a pure, powerful red tone combined with a high sparkle - distinguishing from conventional earth-effect pigments as it does not pass into unwanted red-brownish colour spaces.
The new LUXAN CFX B842 Immersion Red, if compared to LUXAN CFX C842 Spotlight Red, has more subtle effect, smoother clear coat level, reduced graininess, and fulfils the noticeable market demand for smaller particle sizes. In addition, the sparkle creates a three-dimensional appearance with an optical depth effect that enhances every base color, even low pigmentation levels maximise the visual impact.
LUXAN CFX B842 Immersion Red is available in a weather-, shear- and chemical-resistant CFX version. It also offers high radar permeability and impresses with its color purity, deep sparkle and strong chroma.
