BASF is raising the prices of its additives for the paint and coatings industry globally.
Starting December 1, BASF will increase the prices of its additives for the paint and coatings industry globally: Attagel®, Dispex®, Efka®, Foamaster®, FoamStar®, Hydropalat®, Irgafos®, Irganox® , Loxanol ®, Rheovis®, Sterocoll®, Tinuvin® and Uvinul®.
The price increase will be subject to the contract in force.
To offset the rising costs of raw materials, transportation and energy, as well as other rising costs, including labour, packaging and maintenance, BASF will raise prices by up to 35%.
“The increases are necessary to continue to support our customers with high-level products and services”, says the company.
