By the end of 2017 Europolveri announced the arrival of a "mystery" object that is a new palette developed with the intent to ease and speed up customers' choices. This new tool is now available and it is able to amaze for its unique format, its chromaticity and the ability to attract for its originality. This new tool is made up by a carton box with two palettes that compose the new 5L4 Matt Series.
The new collection of powder coatings 5L4 Matt features all the 207 RAL Colors in matt version. The products are applied on aluminium panels and each of them has its own description with technical characteristics and data on the back.
The new 5L4 Matt Collection is part of the 5L Pural Series, Polyester Qualicoat without TGIC, suitable for aluminum profiles or steel application and wherever high resistance to weathering is required. Indeed, all the products ensure excellent durability and high resistance to atmospheric agents as they are formulated in compliance with Qualicoat Class 1 technical requirements and were implemented for the architectural market.
These 207 products of the 5L4 Matt Collection are all available on stock, with a minimum order of 25kg, as to show the willingness to widen the product range and to increase the presence on the market. This new Collection - together with the 750 products already on stock - gives Europolveri a range of around 1.000 different products, with very short delivery time that grants high quality service to the final customer.
The products available on stock are RAL colors - in compliance with C.E.P.E. (05-05-2014) - with gloss level of 25 ± 5; there is availability also of the 17 pearled colors present in the K7 RAL Chart.
Using correct coating cycles, the final user can reach the highest protection to corrosion C5M-H (EN ISO 12944-2) in compliance with Qualisteelcoat (QSC) requirements. Europolveri technical support is always available to give practical and technical information to recommend the best coating cycles that involve specific Primer homologated for QSC cycles.
