The specialty chemicals manufacturer LANXESS
has recently announced that Dominik Risse has been named the new head of the Urethane Systems division of the company, effective from 1st
April 2023 and reporting to Board member Hubert Fink. The 42-year-old will succeed Markus Eckert, who will serve as head of global HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) activities.
Risse is an industrial manager that holds a degree in business administration from the High School of Economics and Management in Essen (Germany) and completed an MBA course at Bradford University (England). In 2004, the new head of the Urethane Systems began his career at LANXESS as a product and sales manager. After several management and leadership roles in Germany and abroad, he took over as head of the Specialty Rubber line, which he currently manages.
