Eisenmann announced the acquisition of 100 percent of LacTec GmbH's equity. LacTec GmbH is a leading provider of robotic painting systems. Its expertise will enable Eisenmann SE, a leading surface finishing player, to expand its impressive portfolio of application technologies and paint supply systems. LacTec GmbH has approximately 100 employees at its headquarters in Rodgau near Frankfurt am Main, and will remain an independent organization.

Founded almost thirty years ago, LacTec has evolved into one of the leading providers of robotic painting systems, and has European-wide operations. LacTec generates around 50 percent of revenues with automotive OEMs. In addition, the enterprise serves automotive component suppliers, the plastics industry, and the manufacturing sector as a whole.
