The SATAjet K 1800 developed by SATA allows fatigue-free operations and easier maintenance.
SATA has announced that it has developed SATAjet K 1800 spray mix, a new product specifically designed to enable an easier ultra-high pressure coating process. The ergonomic design of the lightweight gun combined with a finely-tuned nozzle range and the single-axis trigger system for low trigger forces allows fatigue-free operations even during longer coating sessions. In addition, its two-part clampLock paint needle system ensures an easier maintenance.
The product developed by SATA applies the coating at ultra-high pressure, so it creates a pre-formed airless spray fan. The compressed air is fed to the fan through the air cap, helping to shape it and enabling an even droplet distribution that will result in a homogeneous material application.
SATAjet K 1800 is suitable for a wide range of both classic craftmanship and industrial applications in various sectors, from the woodworking and automotive industry to machinery, steelwork and shipbuilding and container construction.
