Scott Bader Pvt Ltd has acquired the business activities of Satyen Polymers to strengthen its presence in the Indian market.
Scott Bader is pleased to announce that Scott Bader Pvt Ltd (India) has acquired the business activities of Satyen Polymers Pvt Ltd. Scott Bader Pvt Ltd will be responsible for direct sales as well marketing for all resin and gelcoat products, while Satyen Polymers Pvt Ltd will manufacture the products for the chemical company located in India.
Additionally, Scott Bader Pvt Ltd will use Scott Bader technology to expand its range of composites and adhesives in the Indian market.
The partnership between the two companies will allow to better serve the Indian market.
