Top coat using ZOBEL ISO POWER Probably "the" highlight in terms of lean product philosophy is the new Protec 482 ISO-top coat white RAL 9016. This new finishing coat eliminates the upstream intermediate insulating coating for most types of wood, making it a real cracker in cost-optimized coating with full performance. The ZOBEL ISO POWER top coat permits the use of process-optimized premium coatings with only two products.

Front door coatings with the scratch resistance of plastic surfaces Protec 444 1-component PUR front door varnish and Protec 484 1-component PUR front door colored varnish are based on the particularly hard and abrasion-resistant polyurethane technology. They guarantee special mechanical resistance, in particular key strength. Compared to conventional acrylic products, the new coatings are also insensitive to hand cream and household chemicals. Excellent flowing and good spraying properties provide a perfect surface finish.

Quick buildup of layers with insulating sanding filler for front doors Protec 384 white opaque intermediate insulating coating - already the product name indicates the affiliation of the highly filling and powdery sandable intermediate coating for the Protec 484 1-component PUR front door colored varnish. Apart from front door coatings, the sanding filler is the ideal product for MDF coating.

Walkable coating ZOBEL is extending its Deco-tec range for the transparent coating of wooden floors in outdoor areas non-dimensionally stable wooden components with Deco-tec 5425 Terrace Maintenance Care. The non-film-forming product penetrates deep into the wood and protects it from graying and becoming fibrous. The water-based glaze is ideally suited for 'stroke-free' finish with brush application.

Simple and easily controllable V-joint protection ZOBEL Zowo Seal V-Joint Protection has smooth properties for easy metered dosing. In order to achieve better visibility, the initially white V-joint seal dries to give a colorless transparent finish. The new product has further advantages thanks to the fast recoating ability with ZOBEL Protec and Deco-tec products.

ZOBEL ANTI-HEAT – Wellness for building components Upon request, ZOBEL is equipping its finishing coating range with a heat shield. Cool surfaces provide form stability for PVC and protect resin leakage and cracking with wooden products.
