The recent acquisition of AxynTeC will allow Nanofilm to enter the European coatings market.
The nanotechnologies solutions provider Nanofilm Technologies has recently announced that it has acquired the German company AxynTeC to bring its coating technologies to the European market. In addition, the proprietary Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) equipment
and advanced materials of AxynTeC are complementary to the physical vapor deposition (PVD) equipment and coatings portfolio developed by Nanofilm.

Our acquisition of AxynTeC allows us to quickly gain market access for our different Business Units to progressively broaden their customer base by leveraging our deep-tech platform to develop unique nanotechnology solutions that are tailored to the needs of our European customers,” has stated Gary Ho, CEO of Nanofilm.
AxynTeC is a thin-film coating solutions provider with an extensive experience in the DLC coatings industry thanks to its plasmaIMPAX process technology. The company provides solutions for the industrial sector
as well as pulsed laser deposition technologies, engineering development services and coating equipment.
