Harry's Hot Rod Shop brought an iconic design to life using enamel from HMG Paints.
Harry’s Hot Rod Shop has recently used HMG Paints’ Coach Enamel, a high-build and long-oil synthetic alkyd, to transform a Series 1 Lambretta with a custom Timothy Taylors Brewery design to achieve a flawless, classic look – this highlighting the enamel's good capabilities.
The Derbyshire-based (United Kingdom) Harry’s Hot Rod Shop delivered this project for the East Midlands Scooter Show in Newark. The shop has become a trusted destination for enthusiasts seeking bespoke, high-quality automotive, motorcycle and custom designs.
“I’ve been using HMG Paints since I started 10 years ago. I use KX Undercoat, 14 Line Polyurethane and Coach Enamel on a regular basis all supplied by Morleys in Derby. I work on so many different styles of projects for customers from fairground art to old rusty American trucks and the products are very versatile and produce a great finish,” has stated Owner Harry.
Furthermore, this project exemplifies why HMG Coach Enamel is the go-to choice for achieving a flawless, professional finish in vintage restorations. Manufactured in Manchester under the strict quality standards of an ISO 9001 management system, HMG’s dedication to quality and innovation is also reflected in their Made in Britain accreditation.
