The extended distribution agreement will allow DKSH to grow its specialty chemicals business by supplying KRONOS’ TiO2 white pigments in the Asia-Pacific paints and coatings markets.
DKSH has extended its distribution agreement with KRONOS in Australia, New Zealand, Japan and the Philippines, in order to supply titanium dioxide (TiO2) pigments used for paints and coatings.
“We are delighted to extend our partnership with KRONOS to cover four new markets in Asia Pacific. KRONOS offers titanium dioxide products that are designed to provide excellent and long-lasting performance in a variety of applications. With DKSH’s strong distribution network and value-added services, we will be able to expand the growth and market share of their TiO2 pigments in the four main markets,” has stated Atul Nagarkar, Vice-President, Global Specialty Chemicals Industry at DKSH.
“We are very pleased to build on our established collaboration in Europe and expand into Asia Pacific where DKSH has been a leader in the distribution of industrial chemicals for a very long time. We are confident that this extended partnership will deliver mutual and sustainable growth to both companies in all the four countries,” has added Alessandro Pedemonte, Vice-President, Sales MEAA at KRONOS.
