Gema introduced the optimised OptiGun GA04 automatic gun and the new OptiCenter All-in-One OC11 for high-quality powder coating.
The international powder coating equipment manufacturer Gema has recently declared that the latest edition of PaintExpo
proved once again to be outstanding, with the company presenting a wide range of new developments and innovations. Over the course of four successful days, Gema allowed visitors to experience the new products first-hand
and discuss the latest information and trends in the field of electrostatic powder coating. In addition, its experts were available to provide in-depth advice and solutions for specific requirements and applications.
The company presented the OptiGun GA04 automatic gun, offering several improvements and new features such as the PowerBoost technology, that significantly improves powder coating efficiency and performances. Moreover, it showcased the new OptiCenter All-in-One OC11 equipped with double OptiSpeeder powder hoppers (DualSpeeder) – which enables handling and preparation of two independent colours in sequence for ultra-fast colour change or in parallel for simultaneous coating operations. Finally, the participants at the trade fair witnessed a live coating demonstration with the OptiFlex Pro manual units.
“The interest shown by the many visitors to the Gema stand, the international audience and the many interesting technical discussions have once again shown how important PaintExpo is for Gema. We are proud to be part of this important industry event and look forward to deepening the contacts we made at the trade fair and further developing our innovations in electrostatic powder coating,” has declared Mario Ferro, the managing director of Gema Europe Srl.
