A hectic schedule regarding the installations of its lines
SAT (Surface Aluminium Technologies) is having a hectic schedule regarding the installations of its lines: in particular, in the last months SAT has travelled for more than 29,000 kilometers all around the world to assembly its cutting-edge Vertical Powder Coating Plants.
Firstly, SAT moved to Kalisz, Poland, to install a TREVISAN Vertical Powder Coating Plant to Portos Rolety, one of the most important company in the Polish field of high quality shutters and roller blinds.
For them, the company supplied a flexible and high-productivity Vertical Powder Coating Line equipped with 2 "V" shape fast cleaning booths.
Then, SAT have travelled to Les Herbiers, France, to assembly a TREVISAN Vertical Powder Coating Plant to the company LIMA - Groupe Liebot, one of the main window manufacturer in France.
The particularity of the plant is that it has been the first line in Europe equipped with SAT Smart-Coat Vision and Recognition System: the fundamental innovation introduced by SAT allows both to obtain the repeatability of the coating results and to control in real-time every important variables involved in the coating process.
Later, SAT landed in South America: the company have flown to Fernando de la Mora, Paraguay, to start the commissioning of a Vertical Powder Coating Compact Line CUBE for the company Vidriocar, the leader in Paraguay for architectural building systems.
Then it was time to reach Argentina, where another CUBE Line has been installed. The company Flamia, an important Argentinian aluminium extruder, was strongly impressed by the high flexibility, versatility and the possibility to perform quick and extremely rapid colour changes of SAT's Vertical Powder Coating Compact Line.
The company has later moved to Bahrain to install another CUBE plant, the second in the Country in less than one year. SAT destination was Ajial, a Saudi Arabian company who chose SAT and its Vertical Powder Coating Compact Line for its facility in Bahrain.
SAT's flight was taking off once again: the company have arrived in Newport, United Kingdom, to assembly the FOX plant at Aluk, one of the UK's leading manufacturers of aluminium building systems.
SAT supplied to the English firm a Vertical Powder Coating Plant complete with FOX pre-anodizing pre-treatment: covered with a European patent, it allows to perform the pre-anodizing process automatically and in-line along a Vertical Powder Coating Line.
Last but not least, SAT came back to Italy in order to proceed with the revamping of an existing TREVISAN Vertical Line installed in the company Geal, in Barberino di Mugello: the company has proceeded with the replacement of one of the existing booth with one new booth CUBE type.
