Featured Coating Solutions at IPPE 2025

  • Washdown-Resistant Flooring and Wall Coatings: Engineered to endure steam cleaning, high-pressure washdowns, and exposure to harsh cleaning chemicals and sterilant, these coatings help facilities prevent contamination and minimize downtime. With a durable, seamless design, they resist wear and bacterial buildup, ensuring compliance with stringent hygiene standards.
  • Dura-Plate® 7550: This FDA-compliant lining is designed for direct food contact applications, protecting storage and processing tanks from contamination. It offers long-term reliability in heavily regulated environments, ensuring operational integrity.
  • Heat-Flex® 7000: A high-performance insulative coating ideal for temperature-sensitive areas such as freezers, this solution stabilizes internal temperatures to improve energy efficiency. It replaces bulky external insulation systems, supports optimal food storage, reduces energy costs, and aligns with sustainability goals.
  • Poly-Crete®: Built for food processing facilities, this urethane cement flooring withstands thermal shock, chemicals, and heavy impacts while maintaining integrity in extreme conditions. Its seamless, non-porous finish minimizes bacterial growth, helping facilities maintain hygiene compliance.
  • Resuflor™: A versatile and durable epoxy flooring system, Resuflor™ delivers a smooth, easy-to-clean surface capable of withstanding heavy foot traffic, frequent washdowns, and chemical exposure. It provides high-performance protection to ensure sanitary conditions in critical areas.
  • Fast-Curing Coatings for Weekend Turnarounds: These coatings enable rapid application and curing, allowing facilities to return to production quickly. Despite the accelerated timeline, they deliver long-lasting protective finishes that reduce downtime.

“The food and beverage industry operates under strict regulations that require precision and reliability in every aspect of operations. Our specialized coatings not only meet these challenges head-on but also promote a cleaner, more sustainable approach to food production,” has concluded Feraas Alameh
