Azelis has earned a B from CDP for its ongoing commitment to reduce carbon emissions for a greener future.
Azelis announces the achievement of a B (Management) score from the CDP, positioning the company above the industry average and demonstrating its commitment to reduce its carbon footprint and environmental impact.
CDP is a non-profit organization that manages the global disclosure system for public organizations and institutions to manage their environmental impact. The CDP score provides insights into a company's environmental performance based on energy, waste consumption and Scope 3 emissions estimates.
“Through our participation in CDP’s climate rating project, we are once again keeping sustainability at the forefront of what we do. At Azelis, we aspire to be the first company that stakeholders turn to with sustainability ambitions of their own, and we will continue to actively pursue our rigorous sustainability goals while challenging ourselves to better contribute to a more sustainable future,” has stated Anna Bertona, Group Chief Executive Officer at Azelis.
“Achieving a B score from CDP in our first year of submission is remarkable, and we are truly proud to see us stand out from the sector average. For Azelis this is another performance indicator that confirms we are on the right track toward our sustainability goals for 2025. At the same time, this achievement strongly motivates us to work hard towards creating even more impact via our climate related-activities and improving our score,” has added Michael Heite, Group Sustainability Director at Azelis.
