Banerjee will succeed to David Ahlers, who is retiring from Graco after almost fifteen years of service.
The international manufacturer of fluid handling equipment Graco Inc. has recently announced that Ronita Banerjee will be appointed as the new executive vice-president and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company, effective from 24th
May 2023. She will succeed to David Ahlers, who is retiring after almost fifteen years of service.
“I want to thank David for his many contributions to Graco. The leadership of David has been integral to our success over his years of service. Along with everyone in the Graco family, I wish him a long, happy and well-deserved retirement,” has commented Banerjee.
Banerjee obtained a MA in human resources and industrial relations from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the Symbiosis Center for Management and Human Resource Development in Pune (India). She had served as the global vice-president of human resources
at Honeywell Inc. and held several leadership roles. More recently, she was the Chief Human Resources Officer of Westinghouse Electric Company.
