Cetec expanded its portfolio of pneumatic airless pumps with the launch of Titan Aircoat 23:1, which reduces the use of solvents and the VOCs emissions.
The Brazilian manufacturer of industrial painting technologies Cetec
has recently announced the launch of Titan Aircoat 23:1, a new airless pneumatic pump for applying liquid paint that operates directly with the product packaging, eliminating the need for a reservoir. Made of stainless steel, its structure is characterised by durability, low maintenance costs and a cart with four casters for stability and ease of transport.
The equipment stands out for its high productivity and reduced environmental impacts: the new product can apply paints with high viscosity, thus reducing the number of layers of coat required during the painting process, resulting in less consumption of solvents that emit Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) as well as application time.
“The Titan GM 3600 Pro-gun, which comes with the Titan Aircoat 23:1 equipment, contributes to performances of the new solution. The reversible nozzle adds precision to the finish. As it is a reversible resource, cleaning is facilitated, avoiding clogging and ensuring quality in the application,” has stated Eduardo Cernic, the director of Cetec.
