The newly-developed LED UV-Cured Coating from Fayette Pipe can enhance protection, energy efficiency, durability and long-lasting performance of black steel pipes.
The American manufacturer of ERW black steel pipe Fayette Pipe has recently launched the LED UV-cured coating for black steel pipe exteriors FayetteGuard. This innovative solution employs advanced LED technology to boost protection, energy efficiency, durability and long-lasting performance for the growing demands of fire protection for plumbing as well as HVAC applications.
The new coating provides a black sheen that enhances the aesthetics of installations. Moreover, the LED UV-curing technology uses high-intensity electronic ultraviolet light to solidify photo-reactive substances used in the FayetteGuard paint instantly.
“With FayetteGuard, we are not just introducing a new product but pioneering a solution that reflects our dedication to durability, efficiency, and environmental stewardship. We are proud to lead the industry towards more sustainable practices while continuing to offer products that meet the high standards our customers expect from us,” has stated Chris Gearing, Vice-President of Fayette Pipe.
