The acquisition of Bradley Coatings Group will strengthen Sheboygan Paint Company's position in the American industrial paints and coatings market.
Sheboygan Paint Company, a supplier of industrial liquid coatings, has acquired Bradley Coatings Group from United Paint & Chemical Corporation. This acquisition aims to ensure a smooth transition for customers in the coming months, with production being integrated into Sheboygan Paint Company’s facilities in Wisconsin and Georgia.
