Total Finishing Solutions has recently announced that it has received two IWF Challengers Distinguished Achievement Awards during the International Woodworking Fair for its TOTAL Flatline Automation featuring the VD Simple Dynamic Reciprocating Sprayer and the Walcom 2.0 360 TRUE LIGHT. The prizes obtained by the global manufacturer of paints and coating plants and systems mark a significant milestone in the company history, showcasing its commitment to innovation and excellence.
The awards are a world-renowned accolade celebrating outstanding innovation

For this edition, the trade fair has recognised seven winners from a pool of twenty finalists, narrowed down from ninety-two entries submitted by seventy-five exhibiting companies. The selection of the winners has been carried out by a panel of nine judges, all of whom are renowned professionals with extensive experience in the field. They meticulously analysed and evaluated each entry, choosing only the most groundbreaking and impactful innovations.

Additionally, it negates the necessity for a huge vertical oven to dry paint, making curing possible in just four minutes.
Walcom 2.0 360 TRUE LIGHT
The Walcom 2.0 360 TRUE LIGHT is a game-changer for the coating industry, eliminating the challenge of inadequate lighting during the painting process: these innovative lights attach directly to paint spray guns, illuminating the surface being painted with high-resolution colour rendering LEDs. The light produced is as close as possible to natural sunlight, ensuring the best painting results by accurately checking base colours and providing optimal lighting even in darker areas. It is equipped with air cap ring adapters, so it is compatible with almost any spray or powder gun.
