This new center will complement the existing hubs in Riga (Latvia) and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), strengthening allnex’s commitment to the paints and coatings industry.
allnex is expanding its Global Business Services (GBS) network by establishing a new center in Guadalajara (Mexico). As part of this transition, the support currently provided to the Americas region from Riga will gradually be transferred to the new center in Mexico. This move will impact approximately 50 positions in Riga.

Set to be operational by the end of 2025, the GBS center in Mexico will enhance service delivery, streamline operations, and improve responsiveness by aligning more closely with key markets in the Americas time zone. This closer proximity to customers in the paints and coatings industry will enable allnex to better meet their evolving needs, enhance service efficiency, and drive innovation in coatings solutions.
