For the first time, Dürr will showcase new products and insights for industrial painting and coating operations at Surface Finishing Mexico.
The German engineering company Dürr
has recently announced its first-ever presence at Surface Finishing Mexico, the 7th edition of the international trade fair dedicated to surface treatments and industrial painting and coating operations that will take place from 6th to 7th November 2024 at the Poliforum in León de los Aldama.
At the booth number 505 in Hall C, the visitors will be able to discover the latest equipment and technologies developed by Dürr, such as solutions for paint separation, drying and exhaust air purification for both automobile manufacturers and industrial suppliers, as well as producers involved in OEM parts coatings. In addition, the company will also participate in the technical conferences
on the opening day.
As a matter of fact, it will host the ‘Techniques to improve production in painting lines’ session (from 01:25 P.M. to 01:55 P.M. on Wednesday 06th November), during which the sales director for paint and final assembly systems Victor Prado will highlight the climate strategy and sustainability initiatives of Dürr, with an emphasis on energy savings, process sustainability, CO2 neutrality and process monitoring systems.

The Mexican subsidiary of Dürr is renowned for its turnkey paint shops for the automotive sector as well as for a wide range of products and technologies for other industries, such as the woodworking, plastic, glass, ceramics, refinishing, and automotive suppliers. Its paint supply systems meet stringent standards for precise layer thicknesses and high reproducibility.
The product portfolio that will be showcased at the 7th edition of the Surface Finishing Mexico trade fair includes various traditional circulation pipe systems and the non-standard automatically piggable paint supply systems with fast colour change times and minimal paint and flushing agent waste, as well as the ready2integrate concept, which enables the quick assembly of high-quality automated solutions – comprising of controllers, dosing technology and applicators.
Furthermore, the company will present the EcoGun ACE, a low-pressure spray gun that changes colours in just a few seconds without the need for solvents, and the EcoGun AS MAN EC: a more sustainable spray gun that reduces overspray up to 40% due to its electrostatic charging of paint and components, ideal for manually coating items such as tubes, rims, two-wheelers and train parts.
In addition, a hologram will demonstrate the assembly and disassembly of products such as the EcoGun Man ESTA, EcoSupply P Core and EcoGun Ace. There will also be a digital totem displaying 3D models of these products, which can be rotated 360°, along with technical data and videos.
