Dürr will showcase new digital solutions for the paint shop of the future during Hanover Messe.
At the next edition of Hannover Messe, that will be held from May 30th to June 2nd 2022 in Hannover (Germany), Dürr will present new software solutions and application examples for the paint shop of the future. The company will use specific case studies from various industries to explain how smart software can improve error detection, flexibility and transparency across the whole value chain.
The mechanical and plant engineering firm will focus on the concept of flexible manufacturing to overcome the limits imposed by conventional coating-line layouts and allow increasing individualisation and flexible and scalable production layouts based on Dürr's box concept and automated guided vehicles (AGVs).
At the trade fair, the German business will also exhibit the DXQenergy.management software, a solution that provides more transparency and control along the entire value chain, optimising all manufacturing processes. The new product from the DXQ family offers the possibility of central monitoring of energy consumption in a production plant. The smart energy monitoring solution can also be used to display energy flows in production and respective energy costs.
The company will also showcase all its other products and services live at Hannover Messe, after a two-year break due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Dürr will be in Hall 4 - Booth D54 with its subsidiaries iTAC Software AG and Dualis GmbH IT Solution.
