HMG Paints produce and apply Aston Martin Racing Vantage GTE livery for its Motorshow debut.
The 88th Geneva International Motor Show, saw the showcase of the newly launched Aston Martin Racing (AMR) Vantage GTE which boasts an eye catching green livery. AMR technical partner HMG Paints Ltd produced the vibrant coating and spray painted the show car ahead of Geneva, ready for its motor show debut.
The much-anticipated new design and stunning new livery were unveiled last November in London alongside Aston Martin's next generation road car around which the Vantage GTE was developed.
At the Manchester Headquarters, HMG's experienced technical applicators, Tony O'Connor and Steve Kennedy, prepared and spray painted the car ready for the show which commenced on the 6th March. With market leading pigment technology, HMG Paints' Advanced Colour Design team have produced the striking new accent colour created by the Prodrive-run Aston Martin Racing team. "The new GTE lime green is a modern next step to the excellent Stirling Green shade from 2016." Said Steve Kennedy, HMG Paints Advanced Colour Design Manager. "I am proud to have been part of the new seasons development. Using the latest pigments and colour trends in the automotive industry, we have been able to create the desired colour in our Acrythane 4G system, which is ideally suited for a high-performance motorsport environment, which won't be missed on the track."
