The high-end metallisation system Polycoater developed by Singulus Technologies will help Hao Ying to meet the elevated aesthetic and quality cosmetics standards.
For its new coating centre in Taiwan, the cosmetic filling equipment manufacturer Hao Ying has recently installed the Polycoater, a high-end metallisation system specifically developed by Singulus Technologies to meet the elevated aesthetic and quality requirements of customers primarily active in the cosmetics market.
“Our new coating centre is a project of major importance for Hao Ying. Polycoater contributes an essential milestone to our machine park and an additional value to serve our customers with innovative coatings and designs on their three-dimensional packaging products. We cannot wait to get started,” has stated Wen-Chi Fu, the president of Hao Ying.
The Polycoater system is an inline machine functioning on the principles of vacuum cathode sputtering (Physical Vapor Deposition – PVD) that rotates components within a vacuum chamber, in order to provide an excellent coating layer from all angles. In comparison to traditional batch production, it automates the manufacturing process and significantly reduces production costs through the shortened cycle times.
