The recent expansion of IM GROUP's North American facilities will further strengthen the company's position in the paints and coatings market.

IM GROUP has recently announced it has expanded its operations in North America by moving from Jensen Beach in Martin County (Florida, United States of America) to larger facilities within the same area.

The new 650 m2 facility, three times larger than the previous one, will serve as a new centre for the group's production, sales, customer service and maintenance operations in North America, Canada and Latin America.

“The close proximity to our previous location has facilitated logistics and the larger facility will allow us to increase our manufacturing capacity to meet the growing demand from our customers. Additionally, we will now be able to ship in large, specialised machinery such as the innovative Plusmill Evo from our sister company, IEC+, which is already setting new benchmarks in pigment processing with its unique Cowles-Impeller Technology. More details on this will be revealed soon. I would also like to express my gratitude to the Business Development Board of Martin County (BDBMC) for their assistance in finding and securing this ideal site,” has stated Enrico Mattiazzi, IM GROUP’s General Manager for the Americas.

IM GROUP supplies customisable integrated dispensing systems, filling lines, and process-engineering equipment for the paint and coatings markets. The group operates in 15 countries on 5 continents worldwide and works with Fortune 500 companies such as Sherwin Williams, PPG and AkzoNobel.

“IM Group is a great example of the niche manufacturing companies that Martin County is attracting. These are companies that appreciate our quality-of-life standards and pro-business climate. We are truly thankful for their continued success,” has added Dan Hudson, Interim Executive Director, Business Development Board of Martin County.

"Our group’s recent investment in North America, just one month after expanding in the United Kingdom, underscores our commitment to providing top-quality service and support to our customers in the region and aligns with our objectives to meet with global market demand,” has concluded Christophe Rizzo, CEO of EMEA and Americas at IM GROUP.
